mbi8 Platform Terms & Conditions
Please read this document carefully before using mbi8. By registering or using any service on this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing, registering, or using the mbi8 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the platform.
To use mbi8 services, you must meet the following requirements:
- Being at least 18 years old or reaching the legal age of majority in your place of residence, whichever is higher.
- Being legally qualified to enter into a binding agreement.
- Not listed as a prohibited user by any relevant authorities.
- Registering with truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information.
Mbi8 reserves the right to request age or identity verification at any time. Accounts failing verification may be suspended until verification is completed or permanently closed.
2. Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Each user is allowed only one account on the mbi8 platform. Creating multiple accounts by one individual is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of balances without notice.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your username and account password confidential. mbi8 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. Any activity on your account is your responsibility unless you promptly report unauthorized access to our support team.
User Responsibilities
Users agree not to engage in the following activities while using the platform:
- Uploading or distributing illegal, harmful, threatening, or fraudulent content.
- Using bots, automation software, scripts, or any technical means to exploit the platform.
- Collaborating with other users to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
- Using accounts for money laundering or suspicious financial activities.
- Impersonating another user or a non-existent individual during registration.
Violation of any of the above responsibilities may result in immediate account termination and legal action if applicable.
3. MYR Payments, Deposits, Withdrawals and Transactions
All financial transactions on mbi8 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform does not accept foreign currencies directly; any currency conversion is the user's responsibility and conducted outside the platform.
Deposit
Deposits can be made through local payment methods available on the platform at the time, including approved online banking and e-wallets. Minimum deposit amounts may vary by method. mbi8 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name. mbi8 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal request. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take anywhere from a few minutes to several business days.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
Any bonuses or promotional credits credited to accounts are subject to wagering requirements set out in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus withdrawals before meeting these requirements are not allowed. mbi8 reserves the right to cancel bonuses at any time if abuse is suspected.
4. Limitation of Liability, Account Policy and Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
The mbi8 platform is provided "as-is". mbi8 does not guarantee uninterrupted service free from technical issues, delays, or errors. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, mbi8 is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, data loss, or damages arising from your use or inability to use the platform, including interruptions during active games or bets.
Mbi8 is not responsible for any loss caused by unauthorized access to user accounts resulting from the user’s own negligence in safeguarding their account.
Account Suspension and Closure
Mbi8 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts without prior notice in the following cases:
- Users violating any term in this document.
- There is evidence of fraud, corruption, or illegal activity involving the account in question.
- The user has provided false or misleading information during registration.
- Accounts inactive for the period specified by the platform’s internal policy.
In cases of account closure due to terms violations, mbi8 reserves the right not to refund any remaining balance in the affected account.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the mbi8 platform are the exclusive property of mbi8 or its licensed holders. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from mbi8.
5. Third-Party Links and Changes to Terms
Third-Party Links and Services
The mbi8 platform may display links or references to third-party websites or services for informational purposes. mbi8 does not control the content of those third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Third-party game providers operating certain games on the platform may have their own terms. Users are encouraged to understand the relevant providers’ terms before participating in their games.
Changes to These Terms
Mbi8 reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on this page. It is the user’s responsibility to review this page regularly. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
Applicable Law
These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws applicable to mbi8’s operations. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. If resolution fails, users agree to comply with the dispute resolution mechanisms specified by the platform.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be disregarded without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
